Resale Packages

Cadence Community Association utilizes HomeWiseDocs.com to manage the ordering and delivery of resale and lender documents. This service is designed to support real estate professionals, title companies, and lenders during real estate transactions involving Cadence homes.
 
Documents available through HomeWiseDocs include:
  • Resale disclosures
  • Estoppels and demand letters
  • Lender questionnaires
  • Association governing documents

Realty Sign Guidelines

To maintain Cadence’s overall visual appeal and consistency, all “For Sale” and “For Lease” signs must meet the following criteria:
  • Only one sign is permitted per property
  • Sign must be professionally manufactured (handwritten signs are not allowed)
  • Maximum size: 20” x 24”
  • Must be placed on or within the property only
Sold signs may be displayed for up to 30 days following the close of escrow. These signs must also be placed only on the homeowner’s private property or on limited common elements such as balconies or patios.

Open House Sign Guidelines

Open house signs are permitted with the following conditions:
  • Allowed only on the day of the open house
  • Must be placed in the front yard of the home
 
Not allowed on Common Elements, including:
  • Medians
  • Streets
  • Community walls
  • Landscaped areas
Any signs placed on common property will be removed and discarded.
 
All signs must:
  • Be constructed from weather-resistant materials
  • Not exceed 20” x 24” in size
