Central Park is a 50-acre community space designed for fun, fitness, and relaxation. The park features expansive turf areas, two amphitheaters, pickleball courts, children’s play areas, a Fitness Court, a six-lane lap pool, splash pads, covered picnic tables, fire pits and cornhole. Owned and maintained by the Cadence Community Association, the park is open to the public year-round. Hours of Operation: Dawn – 10 p.m., daily Central Park Courtesy Patrol:

Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved by a Cadence resident. To reserve a table, residents may call 702-605-3111 or complete the Park Reservation form. Please note: Only picnic tables are available for reservation. Grass areas cannot be reserved, and weddings, professional parties, and company picnics are not permitted. |

Whether you're swimming laps or splashing with the kids, the Central Park Pool is the perfect place to beat the heat.

Adventure Playground

Cadence’s Adventure Playground, open year-round, is designed for all ages, with designated play zones for younger children, older kids, and teens.
This unique play space encourages exploration, movement, and imagination.

Pond & Amphitheaters
|
One of Central Park’s most serene features is its scenic Pond, bordered by a walking trail perfect for a peaceful stroll. While the pond enhances the park's beauty, it’s for viewing only, so please refrain from touching or disturbing the water.
Next to the pond is one of two Amphitheaters within Central Park. Both offer tiered seating and sweeping views of the Las Vegas Valley. Whether you're enjoying quiet time or catching a community event, each Amphitheater is designed to enhance your park experience.
Resident Tip: The Amphitheater is one of the best spots in town to watch fireworks on New Year’s Eve and the 4th of July. Bring a chair and enjoy the show!

Fitness Court
|
Located in the heart of Central Park, the Fitness Court® is a free, outdoor bodyweight training space designed just for adults of all ages and fitness levels. It’s the perfect way to stay active without needing a gym membership.
With just seven simple movements in 7 minutes a day, you can build strength, boost energy, and feel great, all while enjoying the outdoors.

Pickleball Courts

Combining elements of Badminton, Tennis, and Table Tennis, Pickleball is a sport that is sweeping the nation! The courts are open to the public during regular park hours.

Fire Pits
|
There's nothing better than ending the week gathered around a cozy fire, and our community fire pits are the perfect spot to do just that.
The fire pits are lit and available for complimentary use every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 - 7:00 PM through the end of February, creating an inviting space to relax, connect, and enjoy the evening atmosphere.
Looking to host a gathering or enjoy the fire pits another time? Reservations are available outside of the regular hours. Reservation forms may be completed HERE.
