The Cadence Board of Directors is comprised of homeowner representatives, playing a vital role in the community's overall leadership and governance. A Board of Directors is essential for any homeowner's association to operate effectively, providing oversight, setting policies, and ensuring the community’s governing documents are upheld.
Board members are elected volunteers who carry a fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of the entire community. They oversee the operations of the Association and help maintain the quality and integrity of life at Cadence.
When a position becomes available, nomination forms and election ballots are mailed to all Cadence homeowners. Participation in these elections helps ensure that resident voices are heard and represented in the ongoing development of the community.
