Deed Restrictions Committee Meeting

The Deed Restrictions Committee will meet to oversee the hearing process for properties that have been cited for non-compliance with the Association's governing documents, ensuring that each matter is reviewed fairly and in accordance with established procedures. |

Join members of the community for the 1st Cadence Community Clean-up Event on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, from 9:30 – 11:00 am. This event is part of the Community Day of Service (CDOS2026) event, which is part of the National Day of Service (9/11) and America250 Celebration. CDOS2026 is supported by the City of Henderson, Boulder City, and JustServe.org

On Sunday, September 20, take advantage of the shred, donate, and e-recycle trucks located in the Central Park Pool lot from 8 am - 2 pm, or until the trucks are full. |
