Painting in the Park

Great news Cadence, we've locked in a new date for one of our most anticipated events of the year! The Cadence Carnival Spring Festival is officially rescheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11 AM - 3 PM.
As you know, our original date was met with high winds that created unsafe conditions for our residents. Safety always comes first, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to bring this event back to the community.
Next weekend, Central Park will transform into a lively carnival filled with high-energy entertainment, exciting attractions, festive food and beverages, and all the magic you were looking forward to.
Thank you for your understanding and excitement, we can't wait to celebrate with you on May 2!

Deed Restrictions Committee Meeting
