Deed Restrictions Committee

The Deed Restrictions Committee will meet to oversee the hearing process for properties that have been cited for non-compliance with the Association's governing documents, ensuring that each matter is reviewed fairly and in accordance with established procedures. 
 
Finance Committee Meeting

The Finance Committee will meet to review budgets, financial statements, and long-term planning recommendations to maintain long-term financial success. 
Design Review Committee Meeting

The Design Review Committee will meet to review and approve applications for exterior property modifications in accordance with the Design Guidelines. 
Love Local Trivia Night

Calling all trivia buffs and foodies! Join us for a 21+ Trivia Night at Chinitas on Water Street. This pre-Valentine's night out is the perfect time to sip, snack, and show off your smarts at one of Henderson's favorite neighborhood spots.
 
Your ticket will include 2 drink tickets and three delicious tapas. This event is exclusive for Cadence Residents + one guest, so be sure you secure your spot by purchasing your ticket HERE. Residents present their Master Association Card upon check-in at the event.
 
Valentine's Day Goodies

To celebrate Valentine's Day, residents are invited to stop by the Association office on Friday, February 13, for a little sweet treat, our way of saying we love our residents! 
 
Pop in, grab a goody, and enjoy a bit of Valentine's sweetness. Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and treats are available while supplies last.

Henderson Police Department: Neighborhood Presentation
Thursday, February 26th, 2026, 4pm to 5pm at Cadence Community Association Office 1170 E. Sunset Rd. Ste. 101
Residents are invited to attend a Neighborhood Safety Presentation led by the Henderson Police Department. An HPD officer will have helpful tips on crime prevention, personal and property safety, and staying informed about neighborhood safety.
 
The presentation will include time for questions, giving residents the opportunity to connect directly with a local officer and gain practical insight. Whether you're new to the area or a longtime resident, this is a great chance to stay informed and engaged. Registration is required; click HERE to confirm your attendance.
