Grab your boo and get ready to hold them a little closer…
The community has voted, and The Ring is coming to the big screen for Bring Your Boo Movie Night! Grab your blankets and lawn chairs to join us for the spookiest evening of the year. As night falls over Central Park, Bottle & Barrel will be serving up alcoholic beverages for residents 21+, along with a variety of food trucks to keep you fueled for a night of frightful fun.

Central Park Bird Walk
Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, 8:30am to 10pm at Central Park

Join Red Rock Audubon for a guided bird walk around Central Park. The park is home to a variety of local waterfowl and also serves a stopping point for many urban bird species. This walk will follow paved pathways around the park and pond, making it an easy and enjoyable experience for participants of all levels. Residents are encouraged to bring plenty of water, sun protection, and any snacks they may need. Binoculars are recommended if you have them but not required. This event is beginner friendly and offers a great opportunity to learn about the birds found throughout our community |
Deed Restrictions Committee Meeting

The Deed Restrictions Committee will meet to oversee the hearing process for properties that have been cited for non-compliance with the Association's governing documents, ensuring that each matter is reviewed fairly and in accordance with established procedures. |

Fall Festival
Saturday, October 17th, 2026, 12pm to 4pm at Central Park

Get ready for a frightfully fun time at our Ghouls & Games Fall Festival! From twists and turns in the Haunted Maze, mysteries in the Escape Rooms, and adventures through the Scavenger Hunt, there’s a little something for every ghost and goblin.
No Fall Festival is complete without a trip to the Pumpkin Patch! Stop by and pick out the perfect pumpkins to bring a little autumn magic home! Each Cadence household may receive up to two pumpkins, while supplies last. Don't forget your Cadence Master Association Card! Residents must present their physical Master Association Card to receive their pumpkins. Be sure to have it handy so you don't miss out on this awesome autumn activity!
Ready to jump into the Fall Festival fun? Before participating in any games or attractions, be sure to stop by the Info Booth to for your required waiver! We highly encourage residents to complete their waivers in advance and bring a physical, printed copy to the event to get straight to the fun! Waivers will also be available to complete and sign at the Info Booth during the event. All waivers must be completed by an adult, and digital copies will not be accepted. Once your waiver is submitted, you're all set for a day of Ghouls & Games!
Come hungry for delicious bites from our food trucks, sip on something spooky in the Beer Garden, and enjoy an evening full of tricks, treats, and community spirit.
