Design Review Committee Timeframes

Once a COMPLETED application is received, the Committee has up to 30 days to review and approve/deny it. 

An application is considered COMPLETED once we are in possession of ALL of the following:
  • Application
  • Application Fee
  • Completed Check List
  • Missing Information (Any missing information will be emailed to you)
  • Drawings, Plans, Photos with specific information showing project
  • Completed Neighbor Impact Form (if applicable - see project check list)
  • Sub Association Approval Letter if applicable (Heritage Residents only)
You will receive emails throughout the submittal process including:
  • Initial receipt
  • Missing Information (if applicable)
  • Confirmation Application is Ready for Committee Review
  • Outcome of Committee Review (Approval/Denial or Additional Questions)
STATUS UPDATES - Our office is unable to provide any information on the status of an application unless it has been more than 30 days since initial receipt of COMPLETED application.
