ASSOCIATION OFFICE CLOSURE & HOW TO CONNECT WITH US

In order to limit the risk of exposure/transmission of COVID-19 (coronavirus), the Association office will be closed until further notice. 
The Association staff will have a limited onsite presence, but our office will not be open to visitors. Our team looks forward to providing residents with continued assistance via email and telephone. Email communication with our team is strongly encouraged during this time.
 
CENTRAL PARK AMENITIES CLOSED:
While community members may still enter the park, all outdoor restrooms, playgrounds, and Fitness Court are closed. Additionally,  the splash pads and pool will not open until further notice.
 
DESERT PULSE PARK & DAKOTA DOG PARK:
Please note, Desert Pulse Park and Dakota Dog Park are maintained by the city of Henderson. For information on restrictions in these parks, please visit the city of Henderson Parks & Rec website.

DESIGN REVIEW:
You can download the Design Review ApplicationInformation & Checklist, and Guidelines, or pay the application fee online, by clicking on the "Design Review Tab."
 
Even though our office is closed you can still submit a DRC application to us by either emailing it tDRC@CadenceHOA.com or mailing it to:

COMPLIANCE:
During this time, the Board of Directors will be understanding and lenient on the timeline for violations to be cured. Please contact us via email at Compliance@CadenceHOA.com for any concerns, extensions, etc.
 
ALL OTHER MATTERS:
For all non-DRC/Compliance matters please email Info@CadenceHOA.com and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
 
We will be checking emails and incoming mail frequently. During this time, we will have limited access to voicemails, which will be returned once a day.
 
COURTESY PATROL:
Courtesy Patrol will remain onsite and can continue to be reached via call or text at (702) 929-9800 during their regular hours Monday - Friday 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. and Saturday & Sunday 24 hours.
