Rules & Regulation – Sale or For Rent Signage - Only one (1) sign, conforming to the guidelines as set forth in the Cadence Residential Community Master Association For Sale Sign Policy advertising the unit FOR SALE or FOR LEASE will be allowed and may be placed only on or in the unit. All signs must be professionally manufactured.
NO HAND LETTERED SIGNS ARE ALLOWED. All signs must not exceed 20” X 24”.
Sold signs may be displayed only (30) days after the sale. Such signs may only be posted on the Resident’s private property or on a limited common element, such as balconies, that are exclusively for the use of the Resident.
Only the approved signage may be used. Owners/Agents are responsible for purchasing the approved signage. For your convenience the approved Cadence Residential Community Master Association signage specifications have been provided to Total Sign Systems. Open House Sign
Rules & Regulations – “Open House” signs are permitted only on the day of the open house event and may be posted only in the front yard of the open house. Signs may not be posted anywhere on the Common Elements including but not limited to grounds, streets, medians, streetscapes or walls. Signs found on these areas will be removed and disposed of. All signs must be constructed of weather resistant material and must not exceed 20” x 24” in size.
